GOLDEN OLDIES RUGBY: Fellow Field Gunners and Rugby Players… This coming September the World Golden Oldies Rugby Festival www.goldenoldiessports.com is coming to the UK, Scotland to be exact. A former WAFU and Myself have entered a team to help raise funds and awareness for Cancer Research UK. It will be the first team of it’s kind in Golden Oldies history and it is shaping up to be an electic group of characters with a few former internationals and an MP (not Military Police) or two thrown in for you all to winge to about traffic, taxes and the cancellation of field gun. We would like to supplement our growing list of wanna be studs to anyone who is interested. If you do not have your own team entered and you want to strap on the old leather again, or if you can help/support this worthy cause in any way, please contact me at email:RickoJC@cox.net We are especially looking for that corporate sponsor to help us cover the costs of kilts and kit… Cheers all and welcome aboard.
